Never Again

Never again will I declare or even think that I might go to bed early, because every single time I do, I end up being up much past my bedtime! Gah! Not exactly how I wanted to start my week off either. Grr. But really, every time I consider an earlier bedtime during the day or evening, I end up staying up late accomplishing something or other. Tonight it was learning about pancreatitis, both acute and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Exciting. Okay, it sort of was, since I've seen a fair number of pancreatitis cases in all of my shadowing and working at hospitals. One of these days I'll even understand the whole deal-presentation, pathophysiology, treatment!
